Best place to stay if you want to stay very close to the main temple for an affordable price.
It's sparkling clean, well maintained, looks new, very friendly staff who do the every day cleaning and it is safe.
It did check other places around. There are only few and they are all kind of dirty, run down and overpriced. This is a gem. I hope they will keep up their good work.
It is about 15 minutes walking from the busstand. Go out, turn to the left and just stay walking straight ahead. You will see the tower from the east gate of the main temple in the distance. The hotel is just next to it. A yellow building on the left when you can't walk straight ahead any more. The main entrance of the temple is a little more further to the right in a side street.

Room was awesome. With just what we need. Very good service. Very cost effective. Few meters from the famous Arunachaleswar temple Raja Gopuram. We were 4 in number and took the deluxe room which had two queen size bed and was very comfortable. Thank you for your service. This doesn't have a restaurant attached. But then there are plenty of options to eat around. Clean rooms that was the key.
One suggestion is to have a mirror in the bathroom. AC was terrific. Damm cool even during the hottest month of may. Thank you will surely book once again when we come over to Tiruvannamalai.
Parking is very limited in the hotel campus. But they have a parking lot just few meters from the hotel to safely park our cars.

Very nice place to stay also 2 minutes walk from temple.
Staff was very cooperative and Mr Deepak manager was very helpful.
Mr Selvan- gaurd of the hotel was so polite and accommodating.
As we were two female travellers and didn’t want to go out to places to eat, he offered to help bring food from nearby restaurants as they don’t have in house dinning.
But food was also very yummy and quite budget friendly.
They helped us with booking cab from Tiruvannamalai to Chennai too, though we didn’t like cab so much but overall experience at the hotel was very nice.
Bed linings were really neat and clean and hotel itself is very neat and tidy.
Would love to recommend this place to others too

I stayed Lingaas Residency for Past Four days from the month of june one of the best and neat and clean rooms in TVM and location also near to temple.And Hotel Manager Mr.Deepak sir is very humble and very polite attitude always he spoke to the guests with smile face.Compare to rate,room atmosphere are better than other hotel.once we inform to Deepak sir he immediately arrange room services and make customers stastified

Great customer service. Owner and the management will guide you when you visit with the ideal route to take, parking and also with suggestions on ideal time to visit temple, Girivalam and also other must visit places in Tiruvannamalai. Clean and hygienic rooms at a great price. Perfect location very near to main temple entrance. Ideal if you are coming with elderly people and family. Hotel Management is approachable , flexible and very friendly with any requests. Will visit again soon. Thanks for the great experience ☺️

Having been to thiruvannamalai for 6 times, I personally feel this hotel stay is worth for every penny paid. It is located very near to the rajagopuram and the prices are very budget friendly compared to many hotels who charge more for minimum amenities provided. Here the facilities are too good and the staff is also pilgrim friendly. I want to personally thank the manager deepak sir for his kind gesture while needing some help during our stay. It felt like more than a homestay and I strongly recommend it the people who visit thiruvannamalai.

We stayed at Hotel Lingaas Residency in Tiruvannamalai for one night. We originally chose it because it is so close to the temple, but after checking in, I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and bathroom. All the staff members were humble and helpful throughout our stay; despite the language barrier, they gave their best to serve us. There are also several small and large restaurants very close to the hotel. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning a visit to the Arunachalam temple.

We stayed here for a day during weekend. It is very close to the main temple. The rooms are good and clean. The check in and check out process is smooth. Triple occupancy rooms are available. We booked the room over telephone and paid advance. In house restaurant is not available but we have good restaurants near to the hotel. As road repair work is going on connectivity to the hotel via car is very difficult. It is preferable to take auto from a closer place.

We stayed there on the pournami days the hotel is full and the temple is very busy. We reached there at midnight but called them 2 hrs ahead of time. We are glad we got the last room available. I stayed there with the family for two nights. They had good wifi, close to temple, private parking stay area for the driver. Rooms are clean, staff are very polite and welcoming. Everything is very close by and the price is just right.

I strongly recommend all to stay in the hotel LINGA RESIDENCY for happy stay. Mr. Deepak, the Manager is very cooperative and helpful. Another manager Mr. Deepan is also nice gentleman also the staff especially Siva respects all guests.

We stayed in Lingaa Residency and I would say it’s one of the finest hotels for accommodation in Tiruvannamalai.The maintenance of rooms is excellent and they provide best service.All the staff are Friendly and very supportive. We had to extend our trip for one more day which is unplanned. They have immediately arranged accommodation for us in nearby immediately.

Awesome location, right by the temple! Rooms are spacious, super clean, and comfy. It is budget friendly as well.
We a group of ladies booked 4 Deluxe rooms, we reached hotel much early than check-in time. The owner is a nice person, who kindly provided us one room early for us to freshen up. Also arranged other rooms as early as possible.

Nice place to stay with a family near the temple, the prices are also affordable and the rooms too are good and clean, they maintain the place clean all the time, during my stay I have observed the cleaning staff are at work all the time. They don't offer any food facilities but you can find a handful of restaurants nearby.

The hotel is very nearer to the temple. It was clean and had a nice room and service was excellent. Hotel is available at the centre of the town, hence no accessibility issues. Have got good restaurants nearby. Overall I enjoyed the stay at Linga residency.

Rooms are very clean and beds, washroom are well maintained very good place for family and couples and the staff are very friendly. This property is just next to East gate of the temple you can just walk and go for the temple 🛕 🙌 I recommend this room in budget.
